Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75
- Flat Rate Shipping: $8.99 on orders under $75
- Heavy/Oversized Items: $14.99 flat rate (applies to items over 20 lbs or bulky gear — noted on product pages)
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout)
Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on package size and destination.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for oversized items. Certain items may have shipping restrictions by state and will be noted at checkout.
